Даже поверить не могла, а всё получилось!!! Обратилась я в агенство с вопросом, "можно ли инвалиду, в возрасте 52 лет купить квартиру в ипотеку в СПб" , я не поверила своим ушам когда услышала ответ. И всё закрутилось!!! Мой агент помогал выбрать ЖК, удаленно разослал анкеты в банки, самым лучшим предложением оказался Сбер. Всё контакты и с менеджером из банка и с застройщики проходили через агента, поэтому из банка и от застройщика ребята звонили мне не как к Лохушке, а почтительно-уважительно, если они начинали мне что-то предлагать, я их отправляла к своему агенту. А забыла сказать живу то я на Камчатке. Всё было оформлено в течении двух недель. Забронировали квартиру, оформили ипотеку, я приехала в СПб и меня ждали на следующий день в 10 часов у застройщика, в 13 часов в Сбере, в 17 часов мой агент поздравил меня с покупкой увидев на сайте застройщика,что моя квартира перешла в статус проданной, на следующий день "пришлось" ехать опять к застройщику за компенсацией 30000 рублей, ополата билетов на перелет. Купила квартиру в декабре 2018, во втором квартале 2020 года мой ЖК ввиду в эксплуатацию. Спасибо большое всем из агенства"Одинцовская риэлторская компания" и лично Алексею, всё было сделано по высшему стандарту. Процветания, всех Благ!

Обращаюсь второй раз - согласовывал здесь перепланировку квартиры, все прошло штатно, по цене как и ориентировали в начале около 40000 руб - услуга, проект, бти. Ранее консультировался по поводу перекредитования своей валютной ипотеки, так же могу сказать, что ребята знают свое дело.
