Добрый вечер! Покупали подушки в этом салоне,и остались недовольны,так как консультант которая нами занималась подобрала нам подушки которые не соответствовали одинаковому размеру,а деньги с нас взяли как за 2 большие подушки.Опишу подробнее,попросили две анатомические подушки размер,,L,,67*46 в результате чего консультант девушка(имени не помню) нашла нам одну подушку данного размера,а вторую очень долго искала,а потом сказала что все коробки перепутанны(уже нужно было обратить внимание) и в итоге она находит нам коробку с подушкой где указан размер,,L,, но размеры уже оказываются намного меньше 60*37,в итоге они нам продают обе подушки по дорогой цене и размеры якобы соответствуют.БУДЬТЕ ПОЖАЛУЙСТА ОЧЕНЬ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫ И С РАЗМЕРАМИ И С ОКАНТОВКАМИ,И С КАНТАМИ НА ПОДУШКАХ.Работают не специалисты,а аферисты!!!!!!!!

Отвратительный магазин Аскона в ТЦ Зеленопарк, 13.06.2019, 19:53, 1 менеджер, мы прождали когда она освободится 20 минут. Когда клиенты с которыми она работала совершили свою покупку, подошли мы и ещё одна пара. Менеджер наконец нас замечает и сообщает что нам нужно подождать ещё пол часа, а скорее всего больше и начинает обслуживать только подошедших других людей. Собирались купить 2 матраса. Аскона хорошая компания, не первый раз заказываем у них матрас и постельные принадлежности, правда, в прошлый раз заказывали не здесь, а в тц Панфиловский. В Зеленопарке, в этот магазин, с такими продавцами, которые явно не знают что такое вежливость и клиентоориентированность, больше ни ногой.
