Впервые сталкиваюсь с такими безалаберными сотрудниками в такой серьезной сфере.1 В виду плохого самочувствия, отправила получить онлайн заказ ребенка — ничего серьезного в заказе не было, и, выясняется что аптека, в которую должны доставить закал закрыта на 1,5 часа — ПОЧЕМУ это не указано в режиме работы?2 Пошел второй раз ко времени возобновления работы, и ОПЫТНЫЕ СОТРУДНИКИ сообщили, что номера заказа, видите ли, недостаточно для того, чтобы получить этот самый заказ, а нужно время заказа и сумму. А ДЛЯ ЧЕГО, ПРОСТИТЕ ТОГДА НОМЕР ПРИСВАИВАЕТСЯ???3. пошел третий раз с номером заказа, временем и суммой. и в итоге ПРИНЕС НЕ МОЙ ЗАКАЗ!!!! Подобная некомпетентность не приемлема в сфере работы с лекарственными препаратами. Куда смотрели эти сотрудники, выдавая не тот номер, не ту сумму? и что за препараты?? Это я еще молчу, о том, что человеку, возможно они жизненно необходимы, а он придет, а эти бестолковые сотрудники уже отдали заказ другому. Просто верх безалаберности!4 отправила мужа четвертый раз, и, конечно, сотрудница отказывается возвращать заказ и деньги за него, делайте что хотите, говорит, я не имею права. А имела право ты выдавать чужие препараты? имела право брать деньги не проверив то ли ты выдала?абсолютная безмозглость, безалаберность и некомпетентность! оставила без заказа человека, который в нем нуждается и взяла деньги с тех, кому эти препараты не нужны. и откуда берут таких бездарей работать с медикаментами – показать

У моей мамы остеопороз. Долго искала подходящие препараты. В этой аптеке маме дали рекомендации, какие препараты лучше принимать в ее возрасте. Большое спасибо сотрудникам за отзывчивое приветливое отношение! Мы остались очень довольны!
