Купили здесь ванну, ванна оказалась кривая. На претензию до сих пор письменно не ответили, обратился к юристу, буду судиться. Не покупайте у них ничего, гнилая контора. С таким отношением к покупателям быстро загнутся.

В январе 2020 купила здесь ванну, стоимостью около 11 тысяч рублей, так же накупили смесителей на 15 тысяч. После ее установки выяснилось, что внешний край ванны имеет перепады более 1 см! Рабочие не смогли состыковать край ванны с купленной дорогущей плиткой! Сказали только мозаика! В магазине сотрудник был осведомлён о намерении выложить экран плиткой, но не слова про то, что ванна "может быть неровной по их нормативам" не сказал! На претензию ответили что ванна может быть неровной в соответствии с - тадам - европейскими стандартами! На которые и ссылаются))) закон о защите прав потребителей и нормы о том, что продавец должен донести достоверную информацию о товаре и он должен соответствовать выставочному образцу никого не волнуют!
